Welcome & Thank you for visiting New Life Story Counseling!
The goal, purpose, and reason for New Life Story Counseling is to offer guidance and support to individuals, couples, and families who want to reveal their authentic selves and adapt or adjust what may have been unsatisfying chapters of their lives into a new life, filled with joy and satisfaction.
My name is Andréa Green-Soto and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Originally from South Carolina, my family and I returned to Northeast Florida after my husband retired from the military in 2015. I have been an active member in both the Clay and Duval mental and behavioral health community ever since, and pride myself on giving back to and working with the military and their families. I fully understand the stressors that go along with being a military spouse and feel highly qualified to help other women and men deal with the stressors, of active duty, single parenthood, the return home, and the transition to civilian life.
I also enjoy motivating and mentoring children, teens, adolescents, and young adults to strive both academically and independently. Using my experience as a spouse and mother of two, I connect with my clients in an understanding and empathetic manner to form a therapeutic relationship grounded in honesty and encouragement.
Most importantly, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. At New Life Story Counseling, we will work with you to unlock your true, new, life story. Why not take the first step in writing your new story? Schedule a FREE consultation with me today by requesting an appointment.

This form of counseling assists couples with exploring their relationship, recognizing their strengths, and working to resolve conflicts, while also learning ways to rebuild connections and improve interactions and communication.
Family counseling can help families work through difficult transitions, learn how to communicate with one another, process conflicts, and ultimately strengthen bonds.

Andrea is an amazing and understanding therapist. I watched my son thrive under her care. She has multiple methods of working with him that allowed him to feel at ease in her presence. Her experience with military families, children, and couples has allowed each member of my family to feel at ease under her care.
Mrs. Andrea is absolutely amazing. She has brought so much peace, joy, and clarity to my daughter.
She has helped my daughter understand and sort her feelings, her self growth, her self confidence, her communication, and so much more. My daughter would not be where she is today if it wasn't for Mrs. Andrea. 5 stars, I highly recommend!!
